Terms & Conditions

Payment - As authorized at the time of your membership, your monthly payment shall be paid through an automatic debit transaction to a bank account or by credit card charge. By agreeing to make your payment through automatic debit or credit card transaction, you hereby waive the right to any future notice of the automatic debit or credit card transaction, and the same shall continue on a recurring monthly basis until terminated as set forth herein. Where applicable the transaction shall occur on the same date of each month as your initial monthly payment.

Cancellations - You may cancel your service and monthly payment authorization at any time by sending an email to ejohnston@apisecurity.us or by calling (614) 310-1980, and by sending written notification to your bank. If you choose to cancel your membership, it is your responsibility to make sure that your request for cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your next monthly payment so that your account or card will not be charged for an additional monthly payment.

Change of payment - You may make a change to your payment method by calling National Telemed Solutions at (614) 310-1980. You must make the request for change at least 15 days prior to your next monthly payment in order for the change to be timely processed. Your bank may have additional requirements.

Termination - National Telemed Solutions reserves the right to suspend, terminate or deny any membership for lack of payment. Returned checks, insufficient fund notices on bank drafts, or denial by your credit card company for the monthly payment is deemed evidence of your non-payment Additionally, you may be liable for bank charges or fees as allowed by law, which may be automatically charged to you, and which will be your responsibility to pay.

Refund - You may request a refund of your initial payment only in the event that you cancel your membership within 30 days of your application by sending an email to ejohnston@apisecurity.us or by calling (614) 310-1980, and provided that you have not used or called any of the membership services. A refund will be made either by crediting or cancelling the initial payment method used, or payment by check, at the discretion of National Telemed Solutions . No refund of any payment is available after 30 days from your initial application, except as otherwise provided herein.

Authorization - You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to agree to the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to those pertaining to payment authorization.

GENERAL RELEASE - National Telemed Solutions IS NOT A PROVIDER OF MEDICAL SERVICES OR EMERGENCY TRAVEL ASSISTANCE. National Telemed Solutions PROVIDES ACCESS TO THESE SERVICES FOR ITS MEMBERS, AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTIES. National Telemed Solutions DOES NOT WARRANT ANY SERVICES OF A PROVIDER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY. National Telemed Solutions IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR, ANY AND ALL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PROVIDER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY. National Telemed Solutions SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ITS OWN CONDUCT. National Telemed Solutions 'S LIABILITY TO A MEMBER FOR ANY REASON AND UPON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, WHETHER TORT, CONTRACT, STATUTE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE COMPENSATION ACTUALLY PAID BY THE MEMBER TO National Telemed Solutions DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE MONTH IN WHICH THE EVENT OCCURRED UPON WHICH THE LIABILI TY IS BASED. FURTHERMORE, YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT CREATE ANY CONTINUING OBLIGATION ON National Telemed Solutions TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO SERVICES FOR ANY PARTICULAR TERM. National Telemed Solutions MAY ELIMINATE ANY BENEFIT FROM THE MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME, AND YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IN SUCH EVENT WILL BE THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THE RETURN OF ANY UNUSED PORTION OF YOUR LAST MONTHLY PAYMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD National Telemed Solutions HARMLESS FROM ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RESULTING FROM ALL AUTHORIZED ACTIONS HEREUNDER.

Confidentiality - National Telemed Solutions will not release any information concerning a member unless authorized for disclosure by the Member and as permitted by law. Each request for information will be verified before any disclosure will be made. National Telemed Solutions will make reasonable efforts to confirm that the requested information is received by the intended recipient. All memberships are maintained at the highest level of confidentiality and are never provided to other services. National Telemed Solutions does not accept, collect nor process any medical information concerning a member.

Change of Provider - Notwithstanding any provision hereof, National Telemed Solutions reserves the right to substitute another provider for 24 Hour Physicians or Europ Assistance USA (EA), at any time within our sole and absolute discretion; provided, that the substitute provider is a comparable service that meets or exceeds the current service offered to the Member without any price increase to the Member. In such event, the Member will be notified and given the contact information for the new provider. The Member hereby consents to the transfer of the Member's application to the new provider. All Terms and Conditions will inure to the benefit of the new provider.

Acceptance - By using this site, you acknowledge your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions. You should not use National Telemed Solutions services if you do not agree to these policies. It is recommended that you read these Terms and Conditions before any use of the services available under your membership to ensure that you have not missed any changes to the policies. National Telemed Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of your membership following any changes to the policies signifies your acceptance of those changes.
